When CCI teams rejoined the FIGC established two interregional divisions renaming Groups into Divisions and splitting FIGC sections into two north–south leagues. In 1926, as a consequence of internal crises and fascist pressures, the FIGC altered internal options, introducing southern teams towards the national division, finally bringing about th
